What we have, on you, on request.
Use this form to request access, correction, deletion, or domain-level suppression. We treat every request as if it were covered by GDPR Article 15–22 or CCPA § 1798.105–1798.130, regardless of where you sit.
What you’ll get back
- Access: a structured export of every record we hold about you — contact data, the messages we sent, your replies, suppression status, audit submissions.
- Correction: confirmation that the record was updated, with a copy of the new value.
- Deletion: confirmation that we removed the record. Suppression entries are kept indefinitely so we can honor an opt-out forever; everything else is purged.
- Domain suppression: a confirmation that no email at your domain will be contacted again, plus the list of any addresses at that domain that were already on file (so you can verify nothing was missed).
How long it takes
We aim for 7 business days. We always reply inside the regulatory windows: 30 days under GDPR (extendable to 90 with written justification for complex requests), 45 days under CCPA/CPRA (extendable to 90).
Identity verification
If you’re asking for access or deletion from a business email at a domain we have records for, we’ll reply from privacy@agentify.nexus and ask you to confirm by replying from the same address — the single round-trip is the verification.
For a domain-wide suppression we additionally require that the request come from an address that publicly represents the domain (a leadership, legal, IT, or security contact listed on the public site, in WHOIS, or in a company directory).
